ANGELA KRULL, MD

Dr. Krull is a licensed and board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Krull earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2002.  Training continued with completion of an internship in General Surgery at The University of Hawaii in 2003 and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Virginia from 2003-2006.  In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Krull is a prolific clinical researcher with multiple ongoing national and international FDA approved clinical trials.  She is currently investigating novel treatments relating to Interventional Spine Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and Sports Medicine.  Dr. Krull is committed to comprehensive and thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient education.  She values the creation of balanced, individualized, and scientifically based treatment plans focused on acute phase healing, return to function, prevention, and chronic disease management.
