ANJANETTE HORMAN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Anjanette Horman is a licensed nurse practitioner. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduation, she worked as a nurse for Intermountain Healthcare at Intermountain Medical Center in the emergency department, where she became trauma-certified. After several years working as a nurse, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse practitioner. While in graduate school she left the emergency department and returned to TOSH, The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in North Carolina. She is currently working on her doctorate of Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University, with a specialty in orthopedics. Anjanette enjoys working with patients and aims to improve patient care through effective listening and working together as a team.
