DEREK HAIGHT, MD
Dr. Haight is a licensed physician with board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science in Food Science and a Bachelors of Arts in Korean in 2012, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Medical School in 2016.
Dr. Haight then completed both his intern year in internal medicine and residency in anesthesiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He further specialized at the ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and graduated in 2021.
Dr. Haight then spent the next few years honing his skills in Interventional Pain in Thibodaux, LA; however, he missed home and decided to come back to Utah with his wife and four children. He focuses on helping make his patients’ pain more manageable and increasing their function and quality of life.
